Crowdstreet-NewsDie jüngst gegründete Firma namens Non-Standard Finance strebt den Gang an die London Stock Exchange an, um dort für rund 100 Millionen GBP junge Aktien zu platzieren. Man hat sich bereits 48 Millionen GBP an Kapital gesichert. Diese Mittel stammen von Woodford Investment Management, Invesco Asset Management und Marathon Asset Management. Der Grund für die Kapitalaufnahme liegen augenscheinlich in dem Wunsch, Firmen aus dem alternative finance-Segment aufzukaufen. Hierzu schreibt altfi.com “The purpose of the listing?
